Despite a rainy day, the Leadership Week Kick-off Party at NOLS Southwest was a resounding success! Word is that NOLS Southwest director Lindsay Nohl had so much fun chatting with NOLS grads and prospects that she lost her voice! Attendees had good eats, socialized in the Ramada, and received the grand tour of the NOLS Southwest Campus.

TUESDAY’S LEADERSHOT – VALUES

What are the values that imbue your leadership style? What are “values” anyway? Leadership Director John Kanengieter had us reflect upon these questions and others at Tuesday’s Leadershot, the second of three mini-programs he is holding this week on various leadership topics.

We thought picking ten out of a hundred or so values was no small task. But then we had to narrow it down to five, and then two!
