NOLS Grad McCartney Third in Cycling’s Tour of California

Semester in the Rockies grad Jason McCartney finished third overall in the biggest race in the U.S., the Tour of California. His teammate Levi Leipheimer was the Tour winner.
This was Jason’s best finish as a professional. Congrats, Jason!
